Despite of the short duration, Staffs have listened to the enthusiastic sharing from the Board of Directors about business orientation, executive management, working culture, management responsibilities… and especially the extremely attractive welfare policies and incentives mechanisms for employees only available at Sacombank Cambodia.<\/p>\n Mr. Phung Thai Phung – Member of the Board of Directors cum General Director of Sacombank Cambodia shared benefits and incentives to all Sacombank Cambodia staffs<\/em><\/p>\n At the beginning of the sharing session, Mr. Phung Thai Phung, Member of the Board of Directors cum General Director of Sacombank Cambodia sent the deep thanks for the concern from Sacombank and congratulated to all employees on their salary increases and bonuses in August and September 2023, despite the current difficult economic context. In response to Sacombank caring concern, the Sacombank Board of Management and all staffs were determined, endeavoring, and striving to implement the assigned 2023 plan goals.<\/p>\n Mr. Phung Thai Phung – Member of the Board of Directors cum General Director of Sacombank Cambodia shared at the workshop<\/em><\/p>\n The workshop was taken place in a close, cozy atmosphere, was a sharing session between the Board of Management and all staffs with the desire to convey key points and specific action plans for making a breakthrough in business, efficient operation and risk management, professional working environment and culture building as well as spreading the message of the eagerness for learning, solidarity and coordination so that Sacombank Cambodia will continue developing safely, sustainably and strongly in the coming time.<\/p>\n Sacombank Cambodia staffs attended the workshop<\/em><\/p>\n Sacombank Cambodia staffs attended the workshop<\/em><\/p>\n The atmosphere became more vibrant and exciting when the General Director took turns honoring groups and individuals who had excellent business achievements with attractive rewards. Besides, the General Director also honored the top runners of the race “Running for Community – Stage 12”, who pioneered the exercise movement to get good health for working at Sacombank Cambodia in particular, and partially contributed for volunteer activity, demonstrating Sacombank responsibility to the community in general.<\/p>\n Mr. Phan Hoang Anh – Member of the Board of Directors cum Deputy General Director of Sacombank Cambodia shared about Risk Management<\/em><\/p>\n Mr. Chhuon Chhen – Member of the Board of Directors cum Deputy General Director of Sacombank Cambodia shared about Business Activities<\/em><\/p>\n Sacombank Cambodia staffs attended the workshop<\/em><\/p>\n In addition, Sacombank Cambodia had launched the “Alo GD” hotline with the goal of building a communication channel for receiving information about problems, business development proposals, operation improvements and raising employees\u2019 aspirations so that the General Director as well as the Board of Management could catch to direct and handle promptly to resolve reasonable and legitimate demands maximally and thoroughly, thereby building trust and satisfaction of employees.<\/p>\n Sacombank Cambodia staffs attended the workshop<\/em><\/p>\n The workshop ended with deep gratitude from all employees for the recognition and encouragement from Sacombank as well as the enthusiasm and newness in the Board of Management thinking and actions.
