• Managing and administering the general operations of the Sales Department according to its functions and tasks.

1. Managing and administering the general operations of the Sales Department according to its functions and tasks:

• Searching, marketing, consulting, answering, providing information about products, services, financial solutions to customers through direct sales or other forms of implementation of the Bank.

2. Managing and implementing business targets:

• Research and evaluate the market and location, competitive factors for analysis, customer segmentation, needs and tastes in order to advise the Branch Manager and provide feedback on the Business Department in order to perform appropriate business strategy.
• Develop action plans on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; monitor and evaluate the implementation situation and propose to the Board of Directors measures to improve, enhance competitiveness and develop market share.
• Directly responsible for the implementation of the assigned business plan, the quality of the credit application and the quality of service in providing products and services to customers.
• Advise the Branch Manager in formulating, allocating and coordinating branches and affiliated units to implement sales targets.
• Organize the daily update of sales results, evaluate the performance results and promptly offer solutions to well implement the planned targets.
• Directly responsible for the implementation of business targets of the Department in charge.

3. Marketing, managing and taking care of customers:

• Planning, organizing and implementing customer marketing/customer care plans; Manage and supporting Departments to implement marketing plans.
• Organize and implement cross-selling/additional sale of products and services; programs and events to promote banking products and services.
• Organize and implement the work of collecting, receiving, processing and responding to customers’ comments, complaints and questions and managing customer information for the operation of the Branch.

4. Credit analysis, appraisal and proposal:

• Researching loan documents and plans and appraising collaterals of customers to ensure compliance with the Bank’s regulations and the law in credit extension activities.
• Directly or in collaboration with the Departments at the Branch to carry out the actual verification of the production and business situation, financial capacity of customers in accordance with regulations to ensure safety in credit granting activities.

• Bachelor Degree: Economics, Accounting, Finance, Banking and Marketing
• English Language: Good
• Computer: All working software for office use.
• At least 03 years working in management position, experience in customer service, selling all banking products and service.
• Responsibility of duties.
• Abilities to service customer and create relationship with customer
• Ability to service and care.
• Objective: Selling products and services and provide consultation achieved from 100% up from the plan.
• Customer satisfaction 100%
• Percentage of error in servicing customer 0%
• Provide customer information to other department completed and fast.
