• Build planning program, promotion event forecasting yearly.
• Responsibility in celebrate and apply implement public relation content (write press release, write PR report, create idea for promotion forms, write speeches, write film scripts, voice broadcasting, Television broadcasting …) and event programs broadcasting and development business Sacombank trademark
• Analyze, propose solution PR for effective broadcasting, development business Sacombank trademark.
• Execute speeches monthly for branches on internal publication ( Sacombank monthly news, investment news and etc)
• Establish, development relationship with journalism, editor, of radio broadcasting, television broadcasting, press association,…
• Receive and process information, request provide information form communication organization relate to branches according to declaration information Sacombank policy.
• To follow information relate to Sacombank on communication media and propose to process sensitive in formation

• Graduated university or master major Socialism, International Relationship, Journalism, Economic, Finance and Banking, Marketing, foreign language, Business Management or related to major
• Khmer and English proficiency in both writing and speaking skill (Vietnamese language is priority)
• Computer skills Ms. Word, Excel, etc.
• Prior experience, knowledge 02 years with business broadcasting, trademark development, multimedia, foreign affairs or major related.
• Have a knowledge activities about: broadcasting, celebrate event, trademark, and multimedia.
• Priority understanding information finance, banking and baking activities
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team as well as work independently
• Dynamic, energetic , honest and high responsibility for working
• Pleasant and friendly personality
