• Job Location: Property Evaluation Officer (Phnom Penh)
• Number of Hiring: 01
• Salary: Negotiable

The role is mainly focusing on conducting the Properties Evaluation for credit financing which included but not limited to:

• Inspecting, measuring and photographing the evaluated properties;
• Verifying the legal status of the evaluated properties;
• Collecting the information of reference properties;
• Preparing Property Valuation Report in a timeline basic;
• Timely collecting real estate price data in the market;
• Re-evaluating the collateral of the existing customers;
• Performing other tasks assigned by line Manager and Head of Department.

• At least 01 year experience in related property evaluation;
• Education: Graduate Bachelor Degree in any related field;
• Language: English priority for any candidate can use Vietnamese;
• Computer: Word, Excel, Outlook..
• Ability to work under pressure and a team as well as work independently.
• Pleasant and friendly personality.
