USD refers to United States Dollar. KHR refers to Khmer Riel. All fees and charges are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. Cable fees refer to SWIFT and other message transmission charges. Additional charges imposed by intermediary banks, beneficiary banks, correspondent banks, regulatory authorities, or other third parties shall be borne by the customer. Transactions submitted after the Bank’s cut-off time shall be processed on the next business day. Fees and charges may be amended from time to time at the Bank’s discretion, without prior notice, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations. The Bank reserves the right to request supporting documents for any transaction in accordance with its internal policies and applicable laws and regulations. All transactions are subject to the Bank’s prevailing terms and conditions, operational procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail, unless otherwise specified by the Bank. SACOMBANK Cambodia Plc. reserves the right to revise, amend, suspend, or terminate any products, services, fees, or charges at its discretion, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
